User agrees and understands that Soni Steel and Furniture India and its dealers shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
- delivery of products available on the Website (“Products”) at any wrong address furnished by the User;
- any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Products purchased on the Website; or
- any loss and/or damage to User due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or false information furnished by User.
The user is not allowed to change the shipping address for delivering the Products after placing the order at the Website and making the payment for the Products. User agrees to provide complete necessary documentary evidence in case Soni Steel and Furniture India agrees at its discretion to deliver the products to the changed shipping address.
